A system that keeps employee's identify secret from employer hoping that this will reduce discrimination
The problem
The July 2024 uprising was ignited by one injustice: a quota system nobody could verify.
Students didn't just protest the 30% freedom fighter quota — they protested because the entire government recruitment process was a black box. There was no way to know whether quota seats were filled by legitimate beneficiaries or fabricated documents, whether the person sitting an exam was actually the one who registered, or whether the same NID number was submitted across multiple applications.
The result: merit was unverifiable. Fraud was undetectable. Tens of thousands competed on an uneven field they couldn't see.
After the uprising, Bangladesh has a chance to rebuild government recruitment — transparent, tamper-proof, and fair.
The solution
Identity ties every government job application to a fingerprint. At registration, the applicant submits their details and a fingerprint photo — Google Gemini AI extracts a unique biometric profile and issues a BDGOV tracking ID. At the exam hall, a live scan is compared against the stored profile in seconds. No ID card. No paper token. The fingerprint is the credential.
Administrators see quota fill rates and verification statistics — but never a name, NID, or address. Personal data is isolated at the database level, not just hidden in the UI.
One system. Fraud out. Fairness in.
